We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual to join our senior team and get on board and assist with all aspects of working with us to generate new sales opportunities. You are coming in at a time where you can influence and impact a company in rapid growth.



  • Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients
  • Managing the full sales process from start to finish with a focus on new business growth
  • Work towards strategic goals while prioritising an outstanding customer experience for our client
  • Consistently follow up with potential clients to negotiate and close agreements to maximise profits.
  • Work closely with the Sales team on new commercial opportunities and collaborate with other team members including those in other departments.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Managing sales processes and reporting back to the team on a regular basis
  • Achieve and surpass individual and team revenue targets
  • Manage and build on existing sales pipeline and keep the CRM system up to date



  • Confident in explaining and selling digital services
  • Having a passion for showing people how we can deliver on their objectives
  • Work calmly under pressure with meticulous attention to detail
  • Equipped with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and talent to engage and persuade decision makers and business owners
  • Highly motivated to achieve commercial targets
  • Great understanding of the importance of digital sales and the levers to positively influence these.



  • Have at least 2-4 years of experience in sales
  • Be educated to a degree level (preferably in Business related subjects)
  • Outstanding sales skills and ability to meet commercial targets
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Have strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously - a real self-starter
