Partner Claims & Operations Assistant at Reposit

  • You will be joining Reposit during a period of fast growth and putting processes in place for scale. The claims stage is where the Reposit product is tested and our opportunity to deliver on our promise to partners and customers. You’ll be the main point of contact for all claims related queries and action points, meaning you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact rather than being a cog in a wheel. Above all, you will be responsible for ensuring that all of our partners have a positive claims experience. 


    As you grow with Reposit you will also make a critical contribution to the way claims are handled and the development of the function. In this role, you will have the chance to work with key stakeholders across the business. 


    We are a remote-first company but like to meet up monthly to catch up and socialise.


    About Reposit


    Reposit is a fintech company founded with the mission to improve the rental industry for Agents, Landlords and Tenants. Our core product is an innovative alternative to costly and clunky cash deposits. With Reposit landlords get more protection, agents generate additional revenues, and tenants save money upfront - only having to pay our fee of 1 week’s rent instead of the 5 weeks’ needed for a cash deposit. 


    Since our launch, we have partnered with hundreds of estate agents, property managers and build-to-rent companies who sell our product to tenants across the country. We also integrate with leading software providers to the industry, such as tenant referencing and CRM companies. 


    Over time we will continue to streamline the claims function to ensure optimum results. As part of the team, you will be pivotal in shaping this development.

    What You Will Do


    1. After 3 months you will
    • Be fully comfortable with understanding and implementing the current claims process and be able to relay this information to a colleague. OUTCOME: Autonomously handle the full process yourself.
    • Be able to adhere to our SLAs and timeframes for claim management. OUTCOME: Efficiently and proactively handle all claims.
    1. After 6 months you will
    • You will be able to successfully handle all claims end-to-end and understand the improvements required to build on efficiency. 

    OUTCOME: Have a greater understanding of how resources can be better focused on claims. 

    1. After 12 months you will
    • Be a valued member of the Reposit team, able to work independently day-to-day to solve problems and deliver outstanding service.

    • Experience in an administration role
    • Process-driven with excellent organisational skills

    Compensation and benefits


    • £23-25k Salary depending on the level of experience.
    • Staff may be considered for stock options after the first 12 months of employment, according to Reposit’s standard options policy and structure.

    • 25 days holiday + bank holidays for the first 2 years. Then adding + 1 day for every extra year of service up to 28 days
