    What we're looking for

    We're looking for an exceptional performance marketing analysts who wants to join a fast-growing, fintech startup and grow their career alongside a highly experienced team. You don't need to have bags of experience already but you need to have the drive and ambition to become an important part of the business as we grow.

    You'll be helping executing our growth strategy and will be responsible for testing many different channels to help us decide where to devote our resource and effort.

    While the work is likely to vary a lot, we expect that the next 12 months will largely involve:

    • Own execution of paid media campaigns - including set up, day to day management, analysis and optimisation
    • Work closely with the senior team to plan which channels we want to be testing and how
    • Delivering campaigns across multiple channels including Facebook, Google, Youtube and any others that may be worth testing
    • Analyse and optimise the performance of adverts on each channel and come up with new original concepts based on your learnings
    • Constantly run A/B tests to deliver learnings and performance improvements, whether that’s creative, copy, targeting, landing pages etc.
    • Create & automate reports for your campaigns

    About you:

    • 2 years experience in performance marketing, ideally in an agency working with digital products
    • Hands-on with building, managing and optimising campaigns across different paid media channels
    • Self starter and are always looking to learn new things
    • An interest in financial services (you don’t need to have worked in it before but you do need to have the motivation to become an expert at what we do and how the underlying financial products work)
    • Highly experienced with Microsoft excel (bonus points if you're comfortable with SQL too)
    • Analytical & creative: You'll be able to get deep in the numbers, understand what they mean & find new ways to improve our campaigns in fresh and creative ways
    • Articulate: You have strong copywriting skills and can write compelling, accurate and on-brand copy to go alongside your ads
    • Entrepreneurial drive: to really succeed here you'll be willing to get your hands dirty and help out with anything and everything
