The Role:

Our Enterprise Sales team is responsible for selling into the largest construction companies in the U.K., including Ireland. Using a consultative sales approach, and sometimes even challenging the customer to unlock what really moves the needle , the successful candidate will create and cultivate relationships to build and maintain customers for life.

Requirements

You

  • have relevant experience:
    • 2 + years selling software or technology as an Account Executive, pre Sales or Business Development Representative;
    • 2 + years experience in the construction industry as a recruiter or consultant in a business development role;
  • are flexible in approach; you can hunt down and unlock new target customers and cultivate accounts to expand the opportunity;
  • are strategic in how you approach account expansion;
  • manage the sales cycle from target identification, lead-generation, to qualification, value alignment to deal closed;
  • are comfortable and skilled engaging with a wide variety of stakeholders in your accounts, from HQ to construction site executives;
  • embody continuous improvement, adapt your methods based on feedback and learnings;
  • are skilled running live product demonstrations in customer meetings, on VC and at field marketing events;
  • have a record of meeting or exceeding sales targets;
  • also could have some these nice to haves
    • a network within Construction
    • Construction experience
    • Speak and understand German, French, Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish
