LegitFit is seeking a motivated, passionate person who is interested in scaling a business internationally! 🤝 Responsibilities

  • Work with our customer base to identify growth opportunities throughout their businesses and help them execute
  • Work with different departments to identify opportunities throughout the entire company
  • Define priorities based on impact, confidence, and easiness
  • Balance speed and quality, with a focus on tangible results
  • Provide strategic support to new and existing business customers
  • Proactively support customers following new features and updates
  • Be able to analyse cohort data to identify opportunities for both LegitFit and it's customers

  • Building trust and transparency with clients to maintain a high level of service
  • Improving subscription upgrades, reviews, customer growth & customer loyalty
  • Improving Insights on Customers and Customer Growth
  • You are not afraid to say no to meaningless distractions because you think about impact. But you also accept that rolling up the sleeves and doing admin work is an accepted part of start-up life
  • You find yourself in strategy meetings with the founders that are nothing to do with Customer Growth because you have insightful opinions to add as you learn
  • You're SUPER comfortable with calling our new and existing clients as you take a helping approach
  • You also know it’s ok to say “It didn’t work, here’s why and this is what we are going to do about it”

🥇 Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a similar role is a benefit... but not essential (SaaS is a big plus!)
  • Ability to analyze customer behaviour data accurately & know how to translate data into insights
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Tech Savvy (CRM's, SaaS Products, etc.)
  • Business Savvy (experience in the fitness industry is a plus!)
  • Organised and self-sufficient
