Who are we looking for?

You have gained an MBA during the past 1-3 years and have a degree in Engineering, Physics, Biology, Medicine, STEM, or in another science background.

You are committed to developing a fast-tracked career in Technology and Growth.

You are highly motivated and want to keep acquiring knowledge and developing while applying your experience and skills in supporting ENGAGE’s through its next phase of accelerated growth and preparation for scale-up.

Job Description Summary:

You will be working with the company Strategy & Innovation Management Team and will support the growth of the company in a range of activities.


  • Lead Project Management and company strategy execution across a variety of teams.

  • Run Company Growth projects

  • Support SaaS Growth & Marketing.

  • Run a range of analyses on business models, competition, products, and markets.

  • Support the implementation of growth lean processes.

  • Manage data analysis across a wide range of projects.

Key Measures of Success:

  • Successfully manage a team of 6 Strategy and Data Analysts working on a wide range of Strategy & Innovation projects.

  • Complete a best-in-class Growth Program in a UK leading education institution.

  • Successfully apply specific best practices across all projects and activities.

  • Successfully work independently, systematically applying analytical thinking and processes to deliver tasks.

  • Successfully support the Strategy & Innovation Team during the implementation of Growth strategies and Innovation initiatives.

What you can bring:


  • Educated to a Master level (MBA) and with Engineering, Physics, Biology, Medicine, STEM or other scientific, numeric or quantitative discipline background.

  • Strong leadership skills, positive can-do attitude, and able to bring high energy to the team.

  • Be a driven self-starter, with a wiliness to problem solve and find solutions to the most complex issues.

  • Strong analytical skills, and a data-driven mindset.

  • Ability to manage projects and delegate within your team.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be comfortable communicating to C-Level.

  • Understanding of Strategy best practices.

  • You MUST have a strong interest in start-ups, scale-up, innovation, and disrupting markets.

Working Patterns and Contracted Hours:

  • 40 hours per week from 09:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday, working UK time

  • 1-hour lunch break from 1 pm to 2 pm

  • 8 hours per week will be dedicated to studies.
