  • Company Overview: 

    Loop Not Luck is a candidate sourcing platform connecting underrepresented talent to entry-level roles at startups and SMEs across the UK. Candidates without a network to tap into are struggling to find out about suitable roles. On the other hand, we have startups who are scaling rapidly and need a way to quickly diversify their pipeline of talent/applicants with a cost effective tech solution. Loop Not Luck is the solution to both problems. 

    Company Stage: 

    We are in the process of securing our first round of angel investment at a £2M valuation. This investment will fund our first round of hires and will allow a successful sales person to transition into a full-time role within the next few months. Importantly, the investment will also help expedite the development of our platform . We are revenue generating and have strong demand from both companies and candidates. 



    Main Responsibilities

    • Identifying potential clients who are hiring for entry level roles and/or who have identified diversity as an organisational priority. We do this using an online platform called Beauhurst for which you will receive full training. 
    • Finding and executing on innovative ways to contact companies and build relationships with hiring managers. 
    • Setting meetings with hiring managers and pitching via Zoom. 
    • Closing companies and maintaining consistent relationships with them to ensure they continue to use our platform. 
    • Who believe in our offering and the impact it can have on hiring and access to talent. 
    • Proactively critiquing and improving our business development/sales process with full support from senior management. 

    Experience Required 

    • The ideal candidate will have some experience in sales with the ambition and desire to work hard to fast-track their career within an innovative start-up.
    • To excel in this position, the ideal candidate will need to have a proactive, entrepreneurial and decisive approach towards working. 
    • An engaging, relatable personality is important for maintaining relationships.  Experience pitching and executing their own ideas to improve business performance would be ideal.

    Qualifications 

    • Open to various types and levels of experience. More important than qualifications is the attitude, approach and commitment of the candidate. 

    Location

    • Indefinite remote working with London-based offices available in the near future.

    Remuneration 

    • Pre-investment - commission only per successful company sign up
    • Post-Investment - first hire & competitive base salary dependent on experience and budget
