Launched in September 2020 and in reply to the George Floyd murder, Flair is considered to be one of the UK’s hottest tech start-ups. Having recently secured $1.8m of seed funding led by Hoxton Ventures, it’s an incredibly exciting time to be part of this fast growing and mission-driven business. In a few short months, our team has grown from 7 to 17 and we will continue to grow as the business expands into America later this year. 

Flair is hiring for Account Executives to expand the business into our target new sectors. We have signed huge contracts with The Premier League, EY and Network Rail and we are only just getting started. 

The position is fully remote with monthly team meet ups in London. We know that remote work can feel lonely at times so we offer our employees Co-working memberships and plenty of internal collaboration opportunities.

As an Account Executive (Sales), your main objectives are:

  • Introducing Flair’s product into new verticals that can include tech, charity, entertainment and legal. Working closely with you, The VP of Revenue will choose what industry you will target based on your skills, interests and experience. 
  • Become an expert on Flair's product, while conducting discovery calls, presentations, and demos with prospects.
  • Gather client feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas, including product.
  • Review conversion metrics to recognise areas for improvement across the sales funnel.
  • Proactively test different techniques to optimise conversion through the sales funnel.
  • Continuously learn new sales tactics and share findings with the wider Account Executive team.
  • Collaborate with Flair's internal sales development, marketing, and product teams to ensure client satisfaction - with particular emphasis on signup, upgrade, and renewal.
  • Represent Flair's brand effectively at industry events and on social channels.
  • Generate new revenue opportunities

Minimum essential requirements are:

  • B2B Sales experience at a SDR level
  • Experience managing a pipeline and closing contracts
  • Have experience working with CRM systems
  • A passion for racial equality and breaking down barriers

It would be great if you:

  • Have B2B sales experience
  • Are comfortable speaking with C-level executives
  • Have worked in a high-growth SAAS startup
  • Know your way around Hubspot
