- Assist in the management of key client relationships, acting as the primary contact on existing accounts
- Respond to enquiries, questions and feedback in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Collaborate with the wider Business Development Team to identify new opportunities
- Achieve new customer sales targets
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

- Good interpersonal skills with an ability to build strong relationships
- Can-do attitude
- Highly motivated and able to self-manage
- Excellent organisation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
