Our sights are set on building a brand, product and collective that both restaurants and diners truly love.

Since we began in March 2020, we’ve partnered with the UK’s most pioneering restaurants and chefs, including the likes of Angela Hartnett, Ottolenghi, and Fergus Henderson’s St. JOHN, to deliver tens of thousands of meals across the country. In 2022, we’re continuing to rapidly increase the diverse range of restaurants and chefs we partner with to serve our growing community of diners.

the role

At Dishpatch, we've grown incredibly quickly. As a small, efficient team, we're handling a large amount of demand. We're looking for a diligent, motivated intern to support our Product Operations team for at least the next 3-4 months.

In this role, you'll help...

  • Conduct due diligence on our restaurant and chef partners, auditing and standardising our agreements and following up on contractual obligations.
  • Revamp our partner onboarding documentation.
  • Get and keep our database / internal knowledge hub of partners and products up-to-date and well-organised.
  • Gather and analyse key metrics around menu performance, menu production, and how we are tracking towards our OKRs.
  • On other ad hoc tasks as needed to support the team (e.g., setting inventory in Shopify, sending out customer feedback reports or putting together purchase orders to our partners).
  • On bigger projects such as tracking product development and production costs, wastage rates, or our ~quarterly newsletter to partners.


about you

  • Passionate about food, restaurants, and what we are building at Dishpatch.
  • A self-starter with a get-it-done mentality, capable and comfortable with moving quickly and with focus.
  • Can manage your time effectively and juggle many moving parts.
  • Possess strong analytical, organisational, and research skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail with high standards of execution.
  • A hands-on team player ready to jump headfirst into a fast-paced early-stage startup. No job is too big or too small.
  • Proficient in Google Drive apps (Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.). Bonus if you're already a Notion whiz.
  • Available to work minimum 25 hours per week (up to full-time) for at least 3-4 months and are ideally London-based (though we are primarily operating remotely for the time-being).

Where are you based?

Our office is next door to our central fulfilment premises in Poplar, London, right next to Canary Wharf. However, most of us are working from home these days due to the pandemic.

What are your working hours?

Most of us work 9-6:30, but we adopt a flexible working culture & hours. It’s more important to us what you’re getting done, not when you’re doing it.
