We’re growing our 100-strong team dramatically in 2022 with new hires across all of our teams. Success requires us to continue developing our product, building on our partnerships and driving more value for our clients.

Crucially, it also requires us to continue finding smarter and evermore effective ways to and reach new customers and tell our story. We’re looking for the right candidate to help us keep exceeding other people’s expectations of B2B SaaS marketing.

The Role

Reporting to the Marketing Director, own our performance marketing and paid media strategies and be a key influence on our conversion rate optimization efforts. Be responsible for setting the strategy and empowering your team to drive maximum return on investment across all online and offline acquisition channels including PPC, events, paid social, display advertising and SEO.

Digital marketing and advertising currently accounts for around 40% of the inbound opps that we pass on to our sales team. Success in this role means growing that figure to 60% by January 2023. Up for the challenge?

Requirements

Who are you?

  • A proven growth expert with SaaS experience
  • Data-driven and a metrics evangelist
  • Able to create and optimise a performance strategy in line with key business goals
  • Keenly alert to emerging growth channels, tools and frameworks
  • A natural leader with a talent for building, developing and empowering crack teams
  • A creative approach to challenges and a refuse to settle for mediocrity
  • A gift for forming deeply collaborative relationships with sales, market development, revenue ops, partnerships and brand teams
  • A clear communicator with an ability to report successes / failures and strategic changes with clarity, accuracy, context and in real-time
  • You long to be part of a team growing something distinct and are motivated by being given the autonomy and responsibility to make a real impact on a daily basis.

Experience you’ll have:

  • 5+ years experience investing digital and performance marketing budget with a demonstrable track record for creating a culture of achievement
  • Owning and developing complementary acquisition strategies across all paid channels in multiple markets
  • Working across multiple markets (US experience would be preferable)
  • Designing tailored, standalone campaigns and promotional marketing strategies at speed
  • Forecasting, managing and optimising budgets effectively across multiple markets, sectors and ICPs
  • Marketing analytics and performance analysis, with fluency in understanding CPA, CPL, CAC/LTV and so on
  • Creating best practice "go-to" market and "in market" media plans and KPI dashboards for tracking, collaboration and reporting purposes
  • An understanding of the top performing assets across every channel, employing A/B testing to optimise results and providing real-time feedback on campaigns
  • Insight into developing an annual marketing calendar, from campaign design to the creation of promotional tool kits and can provide any required activation plans and materials for the business
  • A strong opinion on best practice in determining, setting and tracking growth metrics as well as quarterly goals for the performance and growth marketing
