  • Job Title: Commercial Operations Analyst

    Salary: £40-55k (depending on experience) + Options

    Location: London based (with flexible working)

    The role:

    We are seeking a Commercial Operations Analyst to join our growing team.

    Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer you will be responsible for leading Commercial Operations across multiple geographies and business segments in a fast growing scale-up business.

    In this role you will generate compelling insights from data and analysis which will help sharpen our go-to-market strategies and further embed commercial processes to assist the business as it rapidly scales.

    This role is based in London, but Adzuna offers a flexible working policy.

    Key responsibilities

    • Support the Chief Commercial Officer with both ongoing commercial management and strategic project work, including
      • Commercial insights into sales performance through the pipeline
      • Reporting and insights on client performance trends, retention and win-back rates
      • Pricing and competitor analyses
      • Revenue forecasting and business planning
      • Target setting and commission structure design
    • Build & maintain CRM functionality
      • Maintain robust CRM for pipeline management across multiple business segments
      • Build customised reports for day-to-day stakeholder use and to provide management with visibility on pipeline and associated metrics
    • Support sales lead generation
      • Leverage scalable data sources to provide warm leads real-time to sales
      • Work alongside B2B Marketing Manager in implementation of sales and marketing automation solutions

    Requirements

    Experience

    • 2-3+ years work experience in Commercial/Sales Operations, Strategy, FP&A, Management Consulting, or similar field in SaaS organisations with strong exposure to go-to-market strategy
    • Experience working with CRM systems
    • Smart, highly numerate, commercial
    • Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets) and experience with reporting and data analyses
