    Fluent Fast Group (FFG) is an online language learning marketplace that delivers high-class education to a range of customers and businesses alike. We pride ourselves on delivering the highest customer experience, from client acquisition through to lesson delivery. Founded in 2020, we have developed a successful business with an extensive and trans-continental network of teachers and clients. We are now targeting aggressive growth and so are seeking a new, promising member to join our team. 

    We are an early stage start-up and so this is the perfect opportunity for the chosen candidate to assume a high amount of responsibility and experience in business development quickly.

    About the role

    The role is for a sales/business development representative who will be responsible for our sales strategy and implementation. You will have targets that must be met however there are no set working hours, meaning you are free to organise your schedule so long as objectives are achieved. This is an opportunity to get hands-on meaningful experience in an educational start-up.

    You will be working alongside the company director and reporting to the founder, with visibility across the growth and operations of the company.

    Remuneration

    Remuneration will be on a profit share basis.

    Requirements

    Must have

     

    • Hard-working, diligent, and target driven.
    • Keen to make a difference in the workplace.
    • Independent
    • Organised
    • Charismatic
    • High level of written English.

    Preferred

     

    • Experienced in Microsoft excel and powerpoint.
    • Experience in sales or business development.

     

    Responsibilities

     

    • Developing sales strategies.
    • Identifying key potential clients.
    • Preparing client proposals/presentations.
    • Pitching and closing client deals.
    • Working cross functionally with the rest of the team to meet targets.
