Head of Growth

The vision is clear - getting to +£100M in revenue - profitably. The foundations are in place. Growth has been strong, unit economics are solid and profitability is high, the growth plumbing (email journeys, data etc.) have all been built, repeat rate and LTV are high, channels are working well and we have product:market fit.
Off the back of our recent fundraise, we are looking for a Head of Growth to scale the business to the next level. This will include developing an in-house team as well as managing external partners.
We are looking for someone with strong commercial experience in growth marketing, who takes a holistic approach to growth and looks at opportunities across the funnel and who will take a thoughtful approach to managing a team.
⚒️ A DTC veteran with proven track record in growing and managing b2c/ecommerce businesses.You’ll have experience of a wide range of channels.
👩💻 Data, insight and process led. Highly numerate and able to translate complex issues into hypotheses to be solved. Understand that growth is a process
💷 Commercial. Know your numbers and the levers to pull to improve LTV and CAC
🔜 An expert in getting things done. Able to execute complex projects with ease
🕹️ Ability to do simple bits of code is a big plus
🦄 Hands-on DTC experience in a marketing or growth role
🧪 Experience conducting A/B tests to improve conversion and LTV
💬 Strong communication skills and willing to build and lead a team
✨ Entrepreneurial mindset. Used to going against common wisdom to find new routes to success
