  • 👀 What we're looking for

    LegitFit is seeking a motivated, passionate person who is interested in scaling a business internationally! This is an incredible opportunity to get in on the ground floor and make a meaningful impact on both a company and an industry as a whole. You will work directly with the founders as the company scales across the UK!


    ➡️ Responsibilities

    • Help execute on overall business development
    • Qualify and Contact Leads
    • Set Up Demos and Follow Up with Leads
    • Balance speed and quality, with a focus on tangible results.
    • Track/Log customer touchpoints
    • Deliver quarterly updates on sales progression
    • Partner closely with all functions to communicate brand value.
    • Report directly to the Founder


    🤔 What Good looks like in this role?

    • Increase in demos for Sales Team within first 6 months
    • You are not afraid to say no to meaningless distractions because you think about impact. But you also accept that rolling up the sleeves and doing admin work is an accepted part of start-up life
    • You find yourself in strategy meetings with the founders that are nothing to do with sales because you have insightful opinions to add as you learn
    • You're SUPER comfortable with Cold Calling people as you take a "helping not selling" approach
    • You own the number and challenge others to deliver on it. You also know it’s ok to say “It didn’t work, here’s why and what we are going to do about it”


    🥇 Qualifications

    • 3+ years in a similar role is a benefit... but not essential (SaaS is a big plus!)
    • Attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Understanding of technology (CRM's, SaaS Products, etc.)
    • Organized and self-sufficient
    • A natural seller with an interest in the industry
    • Full Drivers License
