    As a Machine Learning Operations Analyst at Chattermill, you’ll help us translate commercial requirements into technical solutions.

     What you’ll be doing… 

    • Help build internal tooling for/or optimisation of processes/automation
    • Upskill the team members on the technical path of the team and work with them on different projects
    • Represent the team and autonomously take charge of some internal/cross-functional projects
    • Monitoring, troubleshooting and improving ML pipeline issues and inefficiencies
    • Ensure our solutions are meeting the client's expectations, and helping shift our way of working from a reactive to a proactive approach
    • Creation of data taxonomies + model deployment

    What you’ll need…

    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • An intermediate Python 
    • An analytical and data-driven mindset
    • Impeccable attention to detail
    • Strong communication skills and a love of working collaboratively
    • You’re passionate about Machine Learning and have a genuine interest in NLP topics and pipelines
    • You’re adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable working in the exciting and ambiguous environment of a startup

    First stage: Let’s introduce ourselves (30 minutes)

    You’ll have an introductory Zoom call with a member of the Talent team - we’d love to learn more about you, your ambitions, and what you’re looking for in your next step.

    Second stage: Meeting with the Hiring Manager (30 MINUTE)

    You'll get the chance to speak with Mariana our Senior ML Operations Manager. If successful, we'll send out a task for you to complete.

    Third stage: Get to know your would-be team (1 hour)

    During the panel interview, you'll meet Aji VP, Data and Research and again with Mariana Senior ML Operations Manager to dive deeper into the role and your experience. 

    Final stage: Let’s seal the deal (45 minutes)

    You’ll speak with our cofounder over Zoom to discuss how our values and working styles align, and importantly, how your career ambitions align with our growth plans.

    If you are successful at the final stage you will receive an offer, and pending successful references, become a Chattermillian!
