    mPrescribe® - Pharmacierge’s iPhone and Android app - is the first of its kind in the UK; a portable e-prescription pad that allows clinicians to prescribe medication on-the-go. Its seamless infrastructure is built on proprietary full-stack technology, combining Electronic Prescription (EPS) and dispensary management (ERP) systems, with multiple APIs to handle the compliance and complexity of this tightly regulated industry.

    approach pioneered by its founders.  


    Key Responsibilities 

    • Take ownership of and manage a large portfolio of existing clients, ensuring that they receive an ‘above and beyond’ level of service.  
    • You'll help deepen the relationships with existing clients through regular reviews and catch ups. You'll take ownership of commercial and operational issues with clients in partnership with the dispensary.  
    • Assist with executing and contributing to the Account Management strategy & process, as defined by the Head of Account Management.  


    About You 

    • Experience in client facing roles from either sales or account management 
    • You value collaboration and are at your best when you’re part of a team 
    • You have empathy for customer needs, but can also consider technical constraints and business goals 
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
      What do we offer for you? 
    • Competitive salary of £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience 
    • Private healthcare cover 
    • 20 days holiday (excluding Bank holidays), increasing 1 day each year up to 25 days 
    • Company-wide bonus 
    • Govt approved share option scheme after 1 year 
    • Hybrid working (currently 2-3 days remote per week)
