As Customer Support Exec you will be:
Responding to Customer enquiries over the phone, in web chat and email
Delivering WOW to our customers with excellent customer service
Interacting with current and potential customers
Interacting with the Product team to continually improve the customer experience
Look for ways to go ‘above and beyond’ to make customers happy

Our ideal Customer Support Exec will have:
The very best written and verbal communication skills, you love to engage and people find you to be warm and friendly
Experience in a consumer friendly environment, in customer service or similar
Fantastic interpersonal skills, very good empathy and high EQ
Worked in a mobile app environment (with Zendesk experience as a bonus)
Lived working experience within a startup environment
A growth mindset and positive attitude
