We have an opportunity for a Marketing and Finance intern to join our new Car Supermarket based in Watford (stocking 200+ pre owned vehicles). We are looking for a highly organised, collaborative and flexible person to be part of our team.

The ideal candidate will be someone who loves systems and spreadsheets, has excellent written and organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.

What will you be doing?

• Accurately maintain sales records and assist with finance administration

• Answer email/phone enquiries and direct them to the relevant team if necessary

• Advertise new stock online with accurate descriptions

• Enter vehicle information and parts costs on to our CRM/ERP system

• Ensure accurate records for parts, service and sales are kept and updated in a timely manner

• Ensure vehicle documents are ready for the customer

• Process customer documents and invoices

• Liaise with the sales team to ensure the customer journey is excellent
