  • Business Development Manager - Creative Design Studio
    We provide Interior Design, Branding and Property solutions that help companies increase profits, cut costs, and grow their business. Our well-rounded solutions are based on careful research and attention to detail, as well as our solid background in design.
    As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the development of new sales opportunities and the management of existing clients. Your goal is to secure new business, meet sales targets and provide assistance to the team to become an integral part of our growing business.

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Driving new business opportunities and revenue for the business
    • Prospecting and signing up new clients and partners 
    • Demonstrating our services to organisations
    • Identify revenue opportunities
    • Negotiating commercial terms and conditions
    • Managing and growing customer accounts
    • Representing ROOTED at conferences and events
    • Maintaining up-to-date customer opportunity records
    • Liaising with team to promote new client partnerships through PR activity
    • Becoming an expert on our solutions, brand and business

    About You:

    • Experience in B2B sales
    • Ability to close deals and build relationships at all levels
    • A driven and entrepreneurial personality
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Self starter - ability to perform without supervision
    • Team player attitude, eager to be part of an ambitious team
    • Strong ability to organise work and tasks
    • Attention to detail


    • £12,000 base
    • 2 - 5% commission on each project secured (rates depending on experience)
