      PARTNER FOCUS

    • Evaluates products and services to continually improve the Partner experience.
    • Aggregates and escalates industry trends; prioritises championing the customer.
    • Identifies opportunities to raise the bar and differentiate our Partner experience from the competition.

     
    STRATEGY

    • Develops long-term growth and upsell strategies whilst driving core processes and standards.
    • Develops and implements action plans based on data-led deep-dive analysis of our core operational metrics.
    • Provides recommendations on business opportunities and a long-term strategy for each territory.
    • Identifies opportunities for operational kaizens, tests them, then scales the learnings across the business.

     
    TERRITORY MANAGEMENT

    • Expands territory coverage (partners) and deploys multiple, additional brands to cover all food categories.
    • Focuses on challenging Partners and those working with competitors to increase overall territory performance.
    • Builds long-term relationships by creating value, opportunities for growth, eater acquisition campaigns, and brand-building opportunities for Partners.
    • Increases Partner engagement through a deep knowledge of our program and process opportunities.

     
    PARTNER OPERATIONS

    • Audits all elements of a Partner’s multi-brand business and creates long-term Partner solutions that automate or simplify Partner processes.
    • Deep dives into inputs and understands the downstream impact of changes to pricing, menus, and brands across multiple sub-territories.
    • Owns the P&L for multiple partners; develops plans that drive revenue and margin improvement for the business and our Partners.
    • Creates strategic (and prioritised) Partner marketing plans that maximise ROI and Partner experience.
    • Works with internal product, technical, and central teams to drive multi-system process changes.
    About You
    • 8+ years of top-tier management (strategy or process) consulting and/or MBA qualification.
    • Top tier university qualification at either BA, BSc, or MA level.

    This is a hybrid role. We ask that everyone joins us in our London based offices two days a week but the rest of the time you’ll be able to work from home. On Mondays we get everyone together in our offices in London for our Team Weekly meeting.
