    Vitrue’s model is simple. VIDA costs around £1 per user per month in a SaaS model. Over time the business will grow through both selling to more companies of all sizes in the UK and internationally and selling higher-priced bundles to existing users. The company has had exceptional initial success and is currently winning new clients at a high volume. Its clients include household names like Bupa across multiple sectors with extraordinary feedback from customers like “this is the first time I’ve had people across the company banging down my door for access to a wellbeing tool”!

    Requirements

    This role is critical to the company's success and is an opportunity to join as we begin to scale our sales and marketing teams. We know that we have an incredible product that makes a difference and the timing is right now. We know that the market wants the product that we have built. We are now looking to recruit a digital marketing associate who will work alongside the sales team and founder to win new clients.

    We’re a fast-paced startup with no two weeks the same, but your core duties will be to:

    • Utilize customer’s buyer’s journey to architect innovative multi-channel engagement programs.
    • Research, design, build and send our marketing emails using Hubspot
      • Analyse and report on results
      • Iterate based on results and improve!
    • Run online advertising campaigns
      • Analyse results and iterate
    • Manage the creation of large keyword lists
    • Use Google Analytics to understand user behaviour on our website and how we can optimise conversions
      • Research additional tools we could use to understand in more depth (e.g. lead feeder)
    • Manage the social media channels, create content, schedule and report
    • Own the event calendar for Vitrue, identifying and securing speaking engagements.
    • Collaborate with the product teams to coordinate new product feature launches
    • Collaborate with our content marketer and wider team to schedule and manage the promotion of new content pieces
    • Lead award submissions

    We are looking for someone who can demonstrate that they have the experience to join an early-stage company and deliver significant growth. Your key attributes should be:

     

    Must-haves:

    • 2+ years in a digital marketing role in a B2B software company
    • Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn, and iterate in order to get the best results possible
    • Ability to analyse campaign performance data and alter your approach based on results
    • You enjoy a fast-paced, startup environment and you are happy to roll up your sleeves and deliver
    • Desire to learn, grow, develop, and mentor future team members
    • Knowledge of customer journeys and ability to map content and channels of communications across the buying cycle
    • Knowledge of paid search and other PPC tactics, how they contribute to different goals and how they play into a larger digital demand gen picture.
    • Experience creating lead nurture & drip campaigns within email marketing is a plus.
    • Proficiency in Google Ad Network and Google analytics (Hubspot a plus!)

    Nice to haves:

    • Experience in a start-up
    • An interest in technology
    • Passion for wellbeing, particularly musculoskeletal health. Lots of our team have either experienced or know someone close to them who have experienced MSK pain and know what it's like.
    • Experience marketing an employee wellbeing or HR product
