    The role

    We are building our marketing team, and are looking for a marketing campaign specialist to join the team to support us with coordinating campaigns and running events and webinars. You’ll also be asked to contribute to the overall marketing strategy, based on your research and knowledge of the general industry event calendar. Read more about why people work at Legatics.

    What you would be doing

    • Researching, creating and maintaining a working list of external industry sponsorship opportunities, events and contacts
    • Create and maintain an event and webinar calendar that is aligned to the overall marketing and content strategies
    • Coordinate with the Content Exec to align the content calendar with the events and webinars calendar
    • Coordinate with Content Exec to provide email, landing page and paid social messaging for distribution in campaigns/events/webinars
    • Coordination of webinars and events from initial research through to set up and on-site management
    • Liaise with stakeholders to book local and or international travel to and from events
    • Coordinate with event venues to provide proposals for hosted event options
    • Support Senior Marketing and Content Managers with coordinating speaker panels and influencers for events and webinars
    • Set up, manage and report on campaigns, events and webinars within Hubspot
    • Maintain database, primed for campaign coordination
    • Coordinate with our Content Exec and Designer to ensure assets for campaigns, events and webinars are designed in different formats to support distribution of key messages across multiple channels and mediums
    • Identifying opportunities to partner with industry leaders and influencers

    What we need from you

    • Demonstrable experience in coordinating campaigns, webinars and events
    • Demonstrable experience working with marketing data platforms such as Hubspot and Salesforce
    • Ability to coordinate multiple campaigns and stakeholders
    • Enjoy working as part of a team but be able to work remotely
    • Familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce integration as well as workflows, nurtures and automations, other marketing tools
    • Aptitude for organisation and data cleanliness
    • Right to work in the UK (unfortunately, we are not able to sponsor visas for this role)

    Bonus points for the following

    • Exposure to legal practice, law firms or lawyers (for example, through an internship) or Legal Tech
    • Experience with data management

    • Salary of £35-40k per annum depending on experience
