    Responsibilities

    • Providing first-class recruiting service to our candidates in the UK & France. 
    • Providing internal resourcing consultancy service to hiring managers, including the provision of advice on all recruitment issues.
    • Proactively sourcing, building awareness of the very best passive candidates and creating a talent pool for future hiring.
    • Managing the recruitment process from initial candidate contact to offering an outstanding candidate experience. 
    • Screening, assessing and qualifying candidates against Wheely's values.
    • Working to promote our culture of diversity and inclusion both internally and externally.
    • Analysing and implementing process improvements.

    Requirements

    • Ideally a Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent), or experience in a similar role in a growing tech startup.
    • Previous experience within a recruiting environment and, ideally, experience screening candidates. 
    • Ability to communicate fluently in French would be nice to have. 
    • Great sourcing skills, ability to effectively engage "cold" candidates.
    • Excellent organisation, attention to detail, prioritisation and project management skills. 
    • Passionate about providing memorable service to colleagues and candidates.
    • Exceptional people skills, developed through experience in client-facing roles or customer service and support.
    • An ability to adjust to changing work flows and demands.
    • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
    • Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach to daily tasks and responsibilities.
