  • We are looking for a team assistant to help us organise work – from sending emails to booking meetings and proofreading documents.
    • experience in managing calendars and emails
    • excellent written English
    • exceptional time management skills
    • attention to detail
    Responsibilities include:
    • emailing collaborators, replying to any requests, following up on conversations
    • booking meetings and arranging calls
    • being present on calls and making notes
    • proofreading documents
    • updating spreadsheets and internal systems
    • admin and project reporting
