We are looking for a passionate, organised, strategy-conscious and people-focussed person to join our team as an Client Success Manager for our London office to support our growth ambitions. 

    EyeQuant’s patented technology was built by leading neuro and data scientists to empower UX, marketing and product teams to make smarter design decisions. Consequently, leading companies around the world including LEGO, Google, Unilever, GSK and Reprise Digital, rely on the EyeQuant platform to optimize the effectiveness of their websites, mobile apps, email campaigns, social media, display ads, print collateral and more.

    About the role

    We’re looking for someone with the ambition to grow with the business over time. Most importantly you’ll need to thrive in a startup environment; we need someone who learns quickly, loves solving problems and creating processes from scratch, can deliver great work without close supervision and who is willing to throw themselves into everything client-related. We’ll provide all the training and assistance to ensure you can be successful in the role.

    Anticipated salary range £30-40k base (depending on experience), plus performance-related bonus and ability to earn stock options over time.

    Core duties will include:

    • Leading new client onboarding and setup projects, providing expertise, training, advice & consultancy throughout initial 90 day deployment projects.
    • Gaining a detailed understanding of each client’s business structure, people, challenges and requirements to ensure the Eyequant platform fits into their daily working processes.
    • Rolling out new functionality to existing client accounts; leading webinars and face-to-face training sessions.  
    • Monitoring and regularly reporting on client account activity; helping to build and develop health scoring metrics across Eyequant’s account base.
    • Running activity boost programs to drive continued user adoption and expansion throughout major client accounts.
    • Building relationships with key client contacts to ensure high levels of satisfaction and continued growth.
    • Assisting Sales teams and Account Managers to win new customers / grow existing client accounts.
    • Maintaining and managing the Support Portal
    • Answering client support enquiries within defined SLAs.
    • Continuing to improve self-service tools within the portal, updating the knowledgebase, user guides and tutorials.
    • Working closely with technical & product teams to track and resolve client issues.
    • Becoming a trusted Eyequant product expert; knowing every aspect of the platform in-depth, understanding the wider marketplace inside-out to provide advice & best practice support both internally and externally.

    About you

    • 2+ years of experience, preferably in a B2B client-facing role at a technology company, with a track record of top performance and great client feedback.
    • Excellent writing skills and high confidence when presenting; both over video to larger groups or 121 with senior client contacts. 
    • Desire to take the initiative in presenting solutions to problems, and to remain organised in the face of multiple and often competing project timelines. 
    • Fluent in English and if you can speak German, Spanish, or other languages this would be advantageous, due to the international nature of our client base.
