    Freckl is a start up on a mission to become a leader in Sustainable Ecommerce Packaging. Based in East London we launched in 2020. We service over 350 brands across a wide range of industries. As a high growth business we are taking on multiple new brands a week in a very wide range of industries. 

     

    The Role

    We are looking for Account Managers to join our team in East London. This is a rare opportunity to become a critical member of a young and rapidly growing business in sustainable packaging.

    In this role, you will be at the forefront of freckl’s success. You will be dealing with a wide range of brands who have placed enquiries through our site. You will work with them to define their packaging needs and make commercial proposals. You will own these relationships from enquiry to delivery and beyond.  

    We are looking for personable and driven individuals who are motivated by our mission. Customers' needs can vary widely so we need creative thinkers who are sharp communicators. You're encouraged to apply even if your experience doesn't exactly match the job description.

     

    What you'll be doing

    • Picking up on inbound enquiries, having initial conversations with clients to define their needs and help put a packaging range together for them. 
    • Manage a portfolio of brands and deliver outstanding client experience, throughout the onboarding and the lifecycle.
    • Work with our production partners to manage the design process. 
    • Deal with multiple production sites to oversee customers production. 
    • Day to day management of existing clients, dealing with re orders and packaging extensions..
    • Innovating and presenting new ideas to increase freckl.’s growth and efficiency. 
    • Foreplan and nurture client accounts.  
    • Become an expert in sustainable packaging to better look after our clients. 

     

    Requirements

    • Ideally 1+ years experience in account management, commercial and/or growth teams.
    • 2:1 or equivalent from a recognised university. 
    • Strong commercial acumen
    • A great communicator & rapport builder - you’ll look after hundreds of relationships and you’ll be each brand's “go to” for advice. You’ll need to feel comfortable having a high volume of conversations in person and on email.
    • Organised & efficient - you’re comfortable dealing with many requests in a fast-paced environment and you can do so whilst still being on top of your game. 
    • Results orientated, with a track record of achieving targets
    • Self-starter, hard worker and well organised with demonstrated ability to take the initiative and solve problems.
