Description




  • Work with the co-founders and our marketing agency to define and execute the brand & marketing strategy for the company.

  • Developing and codifying the customer persona while understanding wider market segmentation.

  • Develop a process to collect high-quality UGC and influencer content and optimise these assets for the various marketing channels.

  • Designing and planning strategic DTC Growth campaigns and driving top of funnel growth.

  • Own the influencer and content marketing strategy across social media, brand, celebrities, influencers, athletes and other consumer touch points including website, CRM, and any new emerging channels.

  • Manage our social media channels including designing content and scheduling in using appropriate design and scheduling tools.

  • Experience managing retail accounts is a bonus as you'll be managing the Selfridges account and upcoming luxury retail stores in which we are stocked.

  • Working internally to source and post customer and press reviews of our product





Requirements




  • 2-3+ years relevant work experience as a high performer in a high-growth tech/D2C company.

  • Leveraging influencers/celebrities/athletes for UGC, engagement, product placement and data-driven success reporting.

  • Excellent copywriting skills for email marketing campaigns, blog posts and social media.

  • Good understanding of performance marketing: Paid Social, Search, Email Marketing, CRO and PR/press.
