    Location: Remote with access to an office in London if preferred.
    Salary: £50,000-£60,000 with bonus and share options 


    About the Role 


    • You’d be working for Real Links, a venture capital backed company that is transforming hiring through their employee referral tool and leveraging internal talent with their internal mobility tool.
    • We’re already working with large enterprises such as Nokia, Ocado & Thales.
    • We’re looking for an employee engagement manager to help our clients utilise our product for continued success.
    • You’ll be supported by our CEO with a primary focus on engaging users to maximise the platform capability and reach joint success goals.
    • You’ll have the opportunity to develop the customer success, engagement and internal comms approach for all Real Links clients as you develop a repeatable and scalable framework for success.



    • Work closely with Real Links clients to develop, implement and monitor the internal communications & engagement strategy for each client’s Referral Program that aligns with the client’s overall talent strategy.
    • Build out each communication & engagement plan via the Real Links dedicated campaign builder.
    • Write, edit and publish engaging comms across all central channels including email; Slack and Teams. 
    • Work with the client team to develop, collate and identify compelling stories, leaderboard updates and talent news and elevate across all channels.
    • Empower and support client hiring managers to be effective communicators and help their teams maximise long term engagement with referrals via the Real Links platform.
    • Where relevant deliver internal events including leadership meetings and all employee roadshows (virtual and in person). 
    • With support from the tech team, launch the platform with new clients, building out a joint impact plan and running QBRs to review results. 
    • Review and analyse the results from each of the campaigns to optimise and improve results for clients.

    • You’re analytical and enjoy looking at data trends.
    • You know your way around a project plan.
    • You have experience in understanding user behaviour and where support is required to help our customers reach their goals.
    • You’re able to work within a team and deliver to a plan and hit deadlines, but you are also a self-starter and able to come up with and execute your own ideas.
