    We exist as a brand to provide a place for men to buy high-quality, stylish silver that they can rely on and that’s affordable for all ages.’


    We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing with the ability to build a brand, to join as a co-founder of We Got The Silver and take the reins of our marketing operations, devising and implementing clear strategies to drive awareness and customer acquisition.

    You will be responsible for setting, implementing and executing end-to-end D2C marketing and growth strategies across all channels, digital and offline. 

    You will be a data led and creative marketeer with demonstrable experience is brand-building, who enjoys coming up with new marketing initiatives to hack growth and getting into the numbers, analysing results, looking at previous performance and driving improvements across all activities, with a mindset for continuous improvement and the desire to see a direct impact from your work.

    This role will have a lot of autonomy and the freedom to be innovative in your work. The founders are always open to ideas and so this would fit someone who loves to bring their ideas to the table and see them come to life.

    You’ll be joining a young and exciting fashion ecommerce startup, with big plans for the coming year and working with the team to understand the business and using your expertise to implement digital acquisition strategies, feeding back results and reporting with advice on what’s working and what isn’t.

    Ultimately, we’re seeking a diligent, creative and data-driven senior marketing professional to take the reins and drive forward the brand by taking ownership of the marketing side of the business. With this in mind this will be an equity-based position as we want this person to come on board as a partner and really be a part of the company to feel the impact of the results that they generate.

    The person coming on board can have a HUGE impact and the opportunity to make the position their own. More than anything we need you to be detail-oriented, with a creative eye and a great work ethic, with the want to generate results and have fun doing so.

    • Taking ownership of overalll marketing for the company, developing and executing strategies to drive growth, customer acquisition and support the development of the brand. This will range across, digital, offline, paid and organic initiatives
    • Advising on the most effective use of advertising budget across platforms, creatives, campaigns etc
    • Monitor and analysing relevant KPI’s to inform your initiatives e.g. traffic, conversion rates, revenue, sales, click-through rates, customer acquisition cost, LTV, CPM’s, ROAS, ROI etc
    • Developing and implementing campaigns to create and maintain high-levels of customer interaction
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with relevant media outlets for potential PR opportunities
    • Gathering and advising on customer insights to inform our decision-making and strategies
    • Working on influencer marketing and brand partnerships relevant for the company
    • Staying on top of innovation, consumer trends and technology to bring fresh ideas and strategies to the company to drive growth
    • Bringing creative ideas to the table to represent the brand in new and innovative ways
    • Collaborate with the team to create, test and utilise different creatives and assets for marketing purposes
    • Managing and mentoring our junior creatives/content creators 
    • Facilitate lead-generation and customer acquisition
    • Analysing and reporting on campaigns with A/B testing - making recommendations for how to drive growth, improve visibility, grow website traffic and social following etc
    • Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc tasks as necessary


    The right candidate can drive results and take ownership of all marketing operations to drive real growth through their creative strategies.

    • Strong proven experience and results leading marketing operations ideally in a fashion/creative/ecommerce company to drive growth
    • Strong end-to-end marketing experience and skills across digital and offline marketing including: design/creative, systems, funnels, attribution, metrics, testing, reporting, customer segmentation, branding etc
    • Experience managing a marketing budget in a Direct-to-Consumer ecommerce environment
    • Ideally startup experience (thought not absolutely necessary)
    • Deep knowledge of how to execute digital and offline marketing strategies working with the team to implement
    • Financial savvy, with strong organisational and analytical skills
    • Strong understanding of digital and offline marketing metrics and KPI’s and the knowledge of how to track and utilise each, including: ROAS, ROI, CAC, LTV, CPM’s, Conversion Rates, CTR, Cost per lead
    • Someone with the ability to work autonomously, driving the business with a continuous improvement mindset being applied to their work
    • Someone with a genuine interest in the creative world whether that is fashion, jewellery, music, art, design etc
    • Someone excited at the prospect of having a HUGE impact on the growth of an exciting startup brand with equity ownership to benefit from long-term growth
    • Proof of high-quality output and strong results in ecommerce D2C environments
    • Entrepreneurial mind-set with the ability to spot original and creative branding opportunities
    • Strong knowledge of the systems and tools available to use across both our paid and organic marketing initiatives
    • A willingness to learn and dive into new topics where necessary as an equity partner of the business
    • Self-motivated with the ability to stick to deadlines
    • Knowledge of growth strategies and platforms with the understanding of when to use each
