    About Triditive

    Triditive is Spanish leading 3D Printing company and the creator of a patented fully automated production 3D printing process. This ground-breaking technology is used to produce 3D objects seamlessly for the use in a production environment at the point of manufacture, as an alternative to conventional machined and moulded products.

    Your Opportunity

    As a lead Technical Sales Manager you will be building meaningful client relationships with various market leaders across a range of industries. You will play a critical role in a high-class sales department, working cross functional with sales, marketing, operations, manufacturing, and R+D.

    Responsibilities

    Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities. You are a hands-on sales leader that manages their own deals, as well as team needs, such as process building and assisting others. The sales engagements will be coming from our existing sales development and marketing, as well as your contacts and research. You will meet or exceed assigned monthly/ quarterly and annual sales plan set by the CRO for the region. You will be expected to manage you territory and prepare and present weekly/ monthly sales reports, win/ loss analysis and forecasts to the Triditive senior executives. You will liaise with marketing and will be expected to attend international trade shows from time to time.

    Qualifications and experience

    Proven B2B Enterprise sales experience.

    Comfortable with complex technical sales process

    Consistent over achievement in sales goals in previous roles

    Effective use of CRMs.

    Exceptional communication (written & oral English) and consulting skills.

    Fast learner able to embrace the details of cutting-edge technologies.

    Possess the ability to work in diverse multinational teams

    Experienced in prioritizing multiple tasks in a demanding environment with deadlines

    Excellent problem-solving skills.

    Big plus

    Experience with:

    • Injection moulding or CNC machining.
    • 3D CAD Design or 3D printing
    • Automation or robotics
    • Process control and or handling
