    The Role:

    The Account Manager's primary function is to optimise host revenue through proactive and effective management of property portfolio. You require proactive performance management and retention of a group of full time hosts.

    Our clients are important to us. With your strong commercial awareness, you will ensure that each host has an account plan which includes: revenue and occupancy growth targets and a 12-month flexible lettings strategy (short and long term lets) and create a pricing strategy that considers seasonality, letting options, occupancy etc. You will conduct regular business reviews considering performance against their account plan.

    Thanks to your commercial understanding of your market and the opportunities present you will develop differentiated management strategies across your portfolio to aid growth. This will require analytical and data-driven attitude, that enable you to analyse data sets in order to identify trends and draw conclusions. You will build case studies from data sets that can be used to inform and influence hosts.

    Your problem analysis and problem resolution at a strategic level will help you to review and optimise property listings with the objective of increasing host revenue and provide feedback/suggestions of how processes, tech, or training could be improved to better service our full time hosts


    What you will be doing:

    • Collaborate cross functionally with our operations team to provide a best in class service
    • Act as a point of escalations for Host Support when major issues with host satisfaction arise
    • Case management (salesforce) for commercial or complex matters
    • Onboarding of new high value hosts, or expansion of existing portfolio



    • Experience building strong business relationships and using these for influence
    • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
    • Proficient in G Suite and Excel
    • Experience with Salesforce CRM beneficial
    • Track record of meeting and exceeding targets
