HomeWork is a flexible workspace & cafe combining all the services and functionality of an office with the flexibility demanded by the new 'hybrid' way of working. Currently located on high streets in residential areas of South West London (Putney, Southfields, Fulham and soon to be Wandsworth), we are ‘the office of the future’ in the new hybrid world of work.

    As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HomeWork’s sales strategy at a regional level. You will be required to build deep relationships with customers and manage the coordinated approach to deliver sales targets across all sites.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and nurture a high quality pipeline generated from outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, targeted warm calling and events) 
    • Follow up with inbound leads effectively and efficiently
    • Proactive prospecting by researching and identifying relevant businesses or individuals 
    • Build a rapport with customers to establish their requirements to see if there is a match between our products and their business needs. 
    • Make knowledgeable, expert recommendations to prospective customers 
    • Confidently articulate HomeWork’s value proposition
    • Take accountability for your monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and engagement targets 
    • Keep yourself and your colleagues organised and up to date by managing HomeWork’s CRM (Hubspot) to a high standard
    • Complete seamless and comprehensive handovers of prospecting customers to on site teams where relevant
    • Work closely with onsite teams to ensure a high level of customer service throughout

    About You: 


    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Energetic, entrepreneurial and driven
    • Able to take ownership and seek innovative ways of working and driving the business forward
    • The ability to identify customer needs and create solutions that meet those needs
    • Previous sales experience
    • Genuine care and interest in the companies and individuals that you speak to, your colleagues and what you do for work



    • Experience in CRM management 


    The Package

    • Salary IRO 23k - 27k p/a basic (dependent on experience)
