Objectives of this Role

Chairsyde is looking for a highly motivated and sales driven individual to come in and hit the ground running and really make an impact. You will own the end to end sales cycle, from lead generation through to onboarding, and take pride in developing and maintaining your client relationships


Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • You will be looking for new prospects and generating qualified leads
  • You will understand how to run the sales process from start to finish, from prospecting to setting up video calls, organising demos and trials, and finally negotiating and closing the deal.
  • You will hold strong relationships with our customers, and while we are still growing, you will be responsible for nurturing those relationships and ensuring the customers are optimising their use of Chairsyde with patients.
  • You will be engaged with the product development of the tool, playing a key role sitting between our customers and their feedback, and our tech team
  • Occasional travel to practices.
  • Setting up video calls and organising face to face demos/trials.
  • Researching and evolving the sales process.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Prepare sales reports and clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.


Characteristics (Required)

  • Highly organised and ability to manage multiple accounts at a time, whilst maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial approach to work, excellent organisational and decision-making skills with minimal direction.
  • Ability to travel & driving licence.
  • Confident in approaching and securing new business opportunities.
  • Experience in sales or business development.
  • Experience using CRMs (ideally HubSpot).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Start-up attitude - you're comfortable in a rapidly changing environment where the answer is not always clear, working with the resources at hand and delivering high-quality work.
  • F2F Sales experience
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Instagram savvy (desirable)
  • Tele-Sales experience (desirable)
