Product Marketing Manager at Joy


Role: Product Marketing Manager reporting to CEO (part-time)
Location: London Old Street 50% + WFH 50%
Salary: £30K - £40K pro rata

We exist because 1 in 5 GP appointments are for non-medical needs, such as loneliness, isolation, or financial worries, and 10% of pills prescribed are inappropriate.


Our platform seeks to add ten years to life expectancy by taking a more holistic approach to health that emphasises personal values and identifies the root causes of problems. Joy makes it as easy for a clinician to refer a patient to a community service as it is to prescribe a pill.

The role:

This role is critical to the company's success and is an opportunity to join as we begin to scale our sales and marketing teams. You will lead our marketing function and work alongside the Head of Growth and CEO to win new clients in the NHS.

Your role will include:

  • Developing and executing marketing strategies to acquire and retain new customers.
  • Owning and implementing all areas of digital marketing, including email campaigns, paid advertising, landing pages, affiliate marketing, growth hacking strategies, content marketing and more.
  • Owning and implementing traditional marketing campaigns as well.
  • Providing creative and analytical input on campaign ideas and implementation strategies.
  • Gathering data and presenting it to relevant stakeholders, producing weekly and monthly reports for senior management, including KPIs and detailed suggestions/solutions for improvement based on collected data.
  • Spotting new marketing opportunities, working them up into experiments and measuring the results.
  • Researching and suggesting new tools and suppliers.

 

Key requirements:

  • 3+ years in a digital marketing role in a B2B software company
  • Experience designing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience with Performance Marketing, Analytics and Marketing Automation
  • Knowledge of paid search and social strategies using platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc 
  • In-depth understanding of the different marketing channels and a clear view of which channels to use to activate marketing activity that supports business objectives
  • Experience using design tools e.g. Photoshop, Canva etc.
  • Experience working in the health/social care sector a plus.
