As the first carbon-neutral BCorp in AdTech, Good-Loop is uniquely positioned to capitalise on the increasing consumer demand for businesses to step up and contribute to society. We’re a small, but agile and fast-moving team with a lot of heart and even more ambition.
As a key member of the product and tech team, you will be responsible for expanding our codebase and bringing ideas to life. You'll want to get involved with building world-changing products, collaborating with other developers and business functions to drive revenue.
This role will be specifically working with our programmatic ad products to help our services scale. We're looking for a skilled developer who has experience designing and building integrations with AdTech infrastructure such as exchanges, SSPs and DSPs.
On a typical day, you will be:
- Developing bespoke integrations with AdTech platforms so we can better manage and measure our clients' programmatic campaigns
- Working with our operations team to understand their work, and build the right tools for our company.
- Working with our data team to get value from advertising data.
- Working with the broader development team on our tools and services.
- You're always happy to ask "what else?" and present new ideas to the team
- You work well in a team, drawing on the skills of others and contributing in return.
- You can manage your own time and priorities independently during a sprint
- You are comfortable dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced, agile environment
- An understanding of AdTech infrastructure. Let us know which systems you've worked with, and in what way.
- Experience in developing integrations in the AdTech space, whether these be supply-side, demand side, or with exchanges.
- Backend development experience - we use Java, but can cross-train if required.
