    The Role 🚀

    As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Acquisition in the day-to-day running and optimisation of the company’s acquisition activity. These include: Paid Social and Organic Social, in addition to sustaining growth with the CRM channels (Push, Email and SMS).

    With a community and marketing driven approach, we ensure all our products are the preferred choice when looking for that next trainer and streetwear purchase.

    Each area of the marketing team works in a collaborative yet autonomous way: from acquisition to engagement, individuals are responsible for their own channels and use their industry knowledge to move fast in growing the brand and our user base.

     

    What You’ll Be Doing 🤔

    • Assisting with the design, management and execution of the acquisition campaigns across paid media channels (Paid Social, Search, Display, Ad Networks). 
    • Monitoring the performance and continuously optimising the campaigns based on data-driven approach and learnings from multiple A/B tests - Pilot and A/B tests on landing pages, audiences, ad copy, visuals - to improve campaign performance. 
    • Ensuring correct tracking, analysis and reporting is in place, as well as contributing to a more automated approach to campaign management and optimisation. Gather targets and report on performances to the relevant teams.
    • Collaborate with our Creative Team to build high-quality creatives across acquisition channels. Report on ad creative performance alongside following the process to test, iterate, and validate new creative concepts.
    • Manage the acquisition budget and allocate it across different campaigns in the most cost-effective way.
    • Work closely with the channel specific teams to define innovative acquisition strategies.
    • Identify and explore new growth opportunities that could drive revenue for The Sole Supplier and Sole Market.

    What You'll Need 🌟

    Candidates should possess the following:

    • Demonstrable experience or skills in digital marketing, specifically Paid Social, Push, Email and SMS – at least 6 months.
    • Keen interest in fashion and footwear knowledge – you must be passionate about streetwear and footwear.
    • Confident and self-motivated – a hungry person who can work autonomously.
    • Business-minded – understands business, targets and values. 
    • Great cross functional leadership and team-working skills.
    • Analytical – able to look at statistics to analyse and gain insights.
    • Communication – excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Meticulous – great attention to detail across all areas within your projects and tasks.
    • Able to work to tight deadlines and be reactive to last minute requests.
