    We are looking for a passionate, hard-working and driven individual whose primary role will be to optimise the affiliate partner offers available to ZIPZERO users. This will include ensuring that the most relevant offers are prioritised and presented to users; that the best possible terms are extracted from our existing partners (retailers and CPG brands); and that new partners are acquired to maximise the available content for our users. Forging strong relationships with affiliate networks and other intermediaries will also be of critical importance.

    As a member of the ZIPZERO team you’re responsibilities will include:

    • Helping to lead and input into the strategic growth and marketing plans alongside the directors with our partners to build out ZIPZERO’s consumer proposition
    • A major focus on initiating and building partnerships with advertisers (retailers and CPG brands) to stimulate business growth and brand awareness
    • Managing key accounts: regular communication with affiliates, analysing their performance, and offering recommendations on how to improve performance and cooperation
    • Planning content together with the communication manager to drive user traffic, and engagement on the ZIPZERO app
    • Building reports using internal data and optimising overall affiliate channel performance
    • Monitoring competitors activity and adjusting our strategy accordingly


    Who are we looking for exactly?

    We’re seeking someone with an entrepreneurial approach. Someone who’s organised, ambitious, proactive, and talented. You don’t have to have a lot of experience if you have the the right skills, attitude and a willingness to learn! We’re looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and who is able to work independently as part of an international team. We strongly value an “everything is possible” attitude!

    Requirements

    • Willingness to learn and become the best at what you do. We aren’t interested in people who will just come to ‘work’, we want you to bring new ideas to the company and embrace the culture of ZIPZERO; and be integral to the growth and development of the company
    • A minimum of. 5 years of experience in the digital marketing space, preferably from the perspective of a Publisher – managing large affiliate programs across a variety of platforms in partnership with external agencies
    • Strong knowledge of mobile apps in the rewards-based space, incl. the competitive landscape
    • Data-driven approach to all activity, with a test-analyse-refine mindset
    • A flexible and dedicated team player with the ability to work autonomously
