    The Role 🚀

    As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the Performance Marketing Manager in the day-to-day running and optimisation of the company’s acquisition activity. This includes social media, with a strong attention on sustaining growth with the CRM channels (Push, Email and SMS).

    We are looking for someone with a growth mindset that lives and breathes our service offering; an inquisitive marketer who is passionate about CRM, Customer Data, Segmentation and Digital Marketing with a keen interest in fashion and trainers. This is a fast-paced, dynamic and technical role but one that will allow you to learn a great range of marketing skills in email, social, push and SMS.

    As the Digital Marketing Executive, you will work closely with the CRM and Acquisition teams, as well as key members of the Content and Social teams, to support their marketing efforts in all areas and learn the latest techniques about Digital Marketing. This role will become more specialised to CRM as the business grows so a very keen interest in CRM and Data Marketing should be a prerequisite.

    With a community and marketing driven approach, we ensure all our products are the preferred choice when looking for that next trainer and streetwear purchase.

    Each area of the marketing team works in a collaborative yet autonomous way: from acquisition to engagement, individuals are responsible for their own channels and use their industry knowledge to move fast in growing the brand and our user base.

    What You’ll Be Doing 🤔

    • Supporting the Acquisition team in optimising performance and improving results for Push Notifications.
    • Setting up reactive Push Notifications to specific audiences that drive ROI.
    • Supporting Performance Manager in developing and implementing a profitable email marketing strategy.
    • Reviewing, testing and optimising CRM campaigns.
    • Undertaking data analysis to segment customer target groups.
    • Collaborating with Content team to optimise and schedule CRM campaigns
    • Reviewing organic content and looking into future opportunities to help improve performance.
    • Analysing top performing products and highlighting trends.
    • Google Analytics insight to feedback into the team.

    What You'll Need 🌟

    Candidates should possess the following:

    • Demonstrable experience or skills in digital marketing, specifically Paid Social, Push, Email and SMS – at least 6 months.
    • Keen interest in fashion and footwear knowledge – you must be passionate about streetwear and footwear.
    • Confident and self-motivated – a hungry person who can work autonomously.
    • Business-minded – understands business, targets and values. 
    • Great cross functional leadership and team-working skills.
    • Analytical – able to look at statistics to analyse and gain insights.
    • Communication – excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Meticulous – great attention to detail across all areas within your projects and tasks.
    • Able to work to tight deadlines and be reactive to last minute requests.
