We are just out of pilot phase with with some amazing customers and are looking to make you our first Customer Success hire!
You will be responsible for creating playbooks to ensure customers get maximum value from our Platform and you will own the customer relationship and work with them to guarantee their success.
We'd like you to have;
- Minimum 1 year experience working in a B2B SaaS startup, preferably in a customer-facing role
- A customer-first approach
- You are super curious and resourceful
- You're full of creativity and ideas and able to partner with customers to help them succeed in out product
- Data driven and good with excel and powerpoint
- Unlimited time off
- £1,200 a year to purchase tools that will help you serve our customers better
- £1,000 a year to spend on your self development
- Healthcare after 6-months
- Yearly company meet up (next one is in Croatia)
