They are looking for a Senior National Account Manager with a passion for all things food, drink, and sustainability to join their growing sales team, to support their mission of Raising an Organic Culture.
•Strategiseeach area of UK Wholesale, driving growth through Fine Food, Health & London Wholesale.
•Research key retailers within the wholesaler space to develop meaningful relationships with.
•Manage and motivate the sales team to drive growth within the ECommerce sector, increase merchandising and on-shelf presenceUK wide.
•Analyse any changes in sales.
•Work with finance to ensure allcustomer accounts are up to date and paid, and be point of escalation to resolve issues.
•Review all orders to ensure they are correct and for opportunities to up-sell in terms of quantities
•Devise clear sales strategies and clearly communicate them to teams to ensure they are efficiently executed
•Collaborate with retailers to increase products listed.
•Explore options of creating POS.
Promotion creation / management / execution
•Analyse / report on effects of new promotion strategy with yearly comparisons and create yearly promotional plans.
•Work with Purchasing to ensure all promotions are communicated to ensure stock availability.
•Communicate to the business any changes / significant effects of promotions.
•Experience building relationships with wholesalers, health food shops or Planet Organic
•Evidence of managing various accounts and developing new business
•Keen toset up innovative wholesale (or Quick Commerce) strategies
•Enjoy motivating external field sales teams
