What you will be doing in this role
As a Destination Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to drive the growth and shape the future of Smiler across France and the Netherlands.
Together with your country-specific teams, you will be responsible for existing venues and photographers within your territory, as well as seeking new opportunities to maximise our revenue and opportunities.
You will be coaching and motivating your team of country-specific members to achieve excellence in current venues and photographer relationships. You will act as an account manager for all venues in your territory (including amazing partners such as Heineken Experience, ARTIS zoo, Paris Montparnasse and many more), making sure the revenue targets are achieved, the photographer schedules are filled and the partners are happy.
The successful candidate for this role, should have excellent communication abilities, experience managing teams and be highly motivated to meet sales goals.

Within the Smiler HQ, you will be part of the Commercial team. In this role, you will work closely together and report to our Head of Commercial. You will also work together with other Destination Managers and be responsible for your team of dedicated destination coordinators and photographers.
