    VouchedFor is on a mission to help people find the best advice for life’s big decisions. We are already the UK’s leading platform for consumers to find trusted financial advisers - but our ambition is so much larger. Today, only 10% of Brits have received financial advice, and we want to change that.

    As a Customer Success Manager, you will:

    • Build strong relationships with recently onboarded VouchedFor customers, offering consultative expertise to ensure they get maximum value from their membership.
    • Make regular contact with your portfolio of customers via phone, email and video, advising them on how to unlock the full potential of the VouchedFor platform.
    • Offer tailored advice and bespoke solutions that suit their personal and professional needs, helping them spot opportunities to grow their business using reviews and other online tools.
    • Create a base of engaged, happy customers; ultimately helping to drive the growth of VouchedFor.
    • Work in collaboration with your team and the wider business, supporting individual, team, and company goals.
    • Liaise with other departments such as product, tech & marketing, putting forward customer suggestions on how to improve the VouchedFor product.

    • You can think on your feet; you use your naturally analytical mind to problem-solve on the spot, asking the right questions to find solutions.
    • You're an excellent communicator and can talk to anyone; you’re comfortable talking to different personality types and find it easy to build rapport.
    • You really care about supporting people and finding ways to improve their business.
    • You have an exceptionally strong work ethic with the drive to get things done to a high standard.
    • You're extremely organised with high attention to detail.
    • Proficient written and verbal English is essential.
