    Wander is no ordinary recruitment business and we're set to explode. We are going to challenge the way recruitment companies operate and offer a refreshing product & process to broaden the scope of companies who can afford to use one and we're looking for a talented human being to help shape our journey. We're going to change the recruitment landscape forever. 

    As Co-founder, working alongside the founder you'll be exposed to all aspects of the company from sourcing candidates, partner development, digital marketing and more and you'll be given the opportunity to be involved and bring expertise across all areas of the company.

    You will help us achieve and play a leading part in our ambitious growth and this is your chance to join and make a difference with a company intent on making an impact in more ways than just recruitment - you will become a leading figure in the company as we rapidly grow in size.

    Whilst we're beginning to build an office in London, you can still work from anywhere in the UK - the key thing for us is to find someone who sees value in helping build a company centred around balancing profit with purpose and fostering & growing a supportive, enjoyable culture .

    Things may be fast paced, but we're not high pressured - we leave all that nonsense to everyone else. And we won't be hiring egos. We're looking for someone with a warm heart, a curious nature and ambition to help make a difference to the people, places and planet we all share.

    You are:

    • A self-motivated human being with outstanding communication skills who builds relationships effortlessly.
    • Someone who has excellent experience working in talent acquisition / recruitment consultancy - minimum 3+ years experience
    • An individual with proven leadership and management skills
    • Someone who understands what it takes to succeed in a startup and be disciplined enough to manage yourself
    • Someone who is looking to join and help drive a company they can help build from the ground up
    • And a huge bonus if you are someone with excellent understanding and experience of the digital marketing landscape (but this is not essential)
