    As a resourceful Digital Product Manager you will optimize our products and manage the implementation of user experience feedback in new features. This role will have a lot of autonomy and impact in our company, so we’re looking for a self-starter with experience in digital companies. Our objective is to find the right person, and create the ideal role for them/us so that we’re all doing what we love to do in support of our company goals.

    Where you’ll work

    This will be a full-time, independent subcontractor position.

    This is a 100% remote position with flexible hours. While this role is remote, most of our team is based in Europe. We would prefer a candidate who can easily work with EU Central Time and has some overlap with EST (US) hours.

    Below is a list of areas where we have gaps and need your help, in priority order.

    Bonus if someone has multiple areas of interest, experience, and they can keep up with high performers.

    • Communicate and work with our customer base to discover feature improvements and requests, and discern what product features to take action on.
    • Help define and present solutions to create a refined and simple user experience.
    • Work closely with the Head of Product to map out and manage the execution of UX feature builds.
    • Mock up and present basic UX design (wireframes) to plan and scope out a feature.
    • Collaborate across teams to implement new feature builds and roll-outs, including leading daily standups.
    • Optimize tool stack and continuously make improvements to existing tools and systems.
    • Define, test, and refine processes. Map out and implement playbooks, and procedures for product testing that will scale as we grow. Create SOPs and other resources for the team.

    • You’re highly resourceful and a strategic problem solver who puts customers’ needs at the forefront of all decisions.
    • You excel at balancing being thorough and efficient in a 100% remote work environment and thrive being hands-on in an early stage environment.
    • You take pride in refining your communication, both written and verbal, and especially the ability to speak client-friendly language that makes customers feel supported. You speak and write English fluently.
    • You read and follow instructions with precision. Special note to see if you’re paying attention. Put the secret code “I’m ready to level UP my career!” in the 2nd to last application question.
    • You are quick to pick up new tech and tools. We work in a variety of online tools and you will need to be able to use these with some basic training, including: Slack, Shortcut, Google Business Suite, and Zoom.
    • You have a reliable computer and internet connection and can use video conferencing services such as Zoom.
    • BONUS: You have experience in product management at SaaS B2B product companies.
    • BONUS: You like to keep up on current market trends.

    Who We Are

    Uplisting is an Airbnb preferred software partner built specifically for growing short-term rental property managers. We help property managers with between 5 and 500 properties manage, automate and scale their business. We are and always have been remote. We are a profitable business made up of 15 people who punch above our weight. We’re looking for someone special to join our team as we’re growing fast and need to expand our team in order to keep up with and optimize on our success.
