We are an innovative, fast-growing, HR-Tech company seeing rapid global adoption of RoleMapper our intelligent job-design platform. RoleMapper helps organisations design inclusive jobs, operationalise flexible working and de-bias their recruitment process. We partner with global companies to systematically scale an increase in diversity hiring and workforce flexibility. 

What you will do 

As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and satisfaction. You will work cross-functionally to convey feedback from customers and report any pain-points internally for review. You will take ownership of customer engagement and happiness with our product. 

Responsibilities 

  • Supporting customers to create and optimise a variety of content for our customers to ensure it meets our best-practice guidelines 
  • Building trusted relationships with our customers through delivering an exceptional experience 
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to help deliver successful global projects to our customers on-time 
  • Documenting and testing platform changes to ensure all new releases are stable, robust and bug-free 
  • Providing support to our global user-base to ensure customer issues are recorded and resolved swiftly  
  • Helping to build our knowledge-bases and digital learning materials to share updates and content with our community 

Requirements 

  • Have excellent written skills and an ability to construct clear and readable sentences and statements 
  • Have superb communication skills and be able to build successful relationships with our customers and community 
  • Be able to flex and adapt in an ever-changing environment with rapidly changing priorities 
  • Be highly organised with great attention to detail 
  • Have experience of providing support in a customer focused or facing role 
  •  Have great IT skills, solid knowledge of MS Office and the ability to learn new technologies quickly 
  • Have experience of being part of a team leading or delivering customer projects 
  • Have knowledge of HR or the recruitment industry 
  • Have a quiet area at home where you can perform customer calls with no interruptions 
  • Be able to occasionally flex your working hours to deal with international and US based customers and projects
