    In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining an excellent, seamless customer service experience for our clients by leveraging the EatFirst technology, our great processes, and our customer and supplier relationships in the best possible way.

    EatFirst's Customer Care Consultants work closely with external stakeholders such as clients and suppliers. In addition, you liaise with our internal Sales Team as well as our Partner (Supplier) Management Team to ensure that we provide excellent service levels while constantly improving our offering.

    As EatFirst's Customer Care Consultant, you will be responsible for...

    • The customer care team’s top priority is to ensure the best possible experience, by delivering speedy, high-quality, and personable support.
    • Provide solutions for our customers through consultation and upselling to suit the customer’s needs and budget.
    • Respond to customer service issues fast.
    • Maintain accurate records and document all your activities, discussions, and resolutions.
    • Maintain strong and positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
    • Thrive off finding solutions for our clients. You will delight our customers with professional, friendly, compelling support they can't help but tell their colleagues about.

    Our ideal candidate has…

    • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a customer service/customer care/call centre position.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
    • General experience with helpdesk/ticket management software.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, that help you to make our stakeholders feel supported in all situations.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Prioritisation skills, good time management, and self-motivation as you tackle the tasks ahead of you.
    • Unlimited patience and calmness when things are stressful around you.
    • Proactivity and being able to anticipate issues.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
    • Passion for food.

    This role is primarily remote, with the opportunity to visit our London office on occasion.
