Starting with a new idea, and forming the founding team around it. The product is a social platform like nothing else - a very unique and fresh proposition, which has real potential to become a big thing.
At this earliest stage, the best match for co-founder would have experience in building a SaaS business from scratch. Ideally, this would be someone who has had a previous successful exit from similar company, or someone with the sufficient expertise and time to get one built.
The needed skillset is technical (as in building complex web solutions), with significant initial hands-on involvement. Understanding some non-technical aspects of a startup would be very beneficial too.
A big chunk of equity is on offer for the role, and even greater one for an investing co-founder. Initially "sweat only", post POC stage and successful funding, a good regular salary will be made available too.
