We are building Timworks, a radically innovative tool for accountants and service providers to deliver 10x better support to their clients.

Our mission to help our clients grow their businesses by building better relationships with their clients. Emails are boring and dull. WhatsApp does not scale to large client bases and poses a compliance risk. Enter Timworks, a smart platform that mixes chat and automation to remove the bottleneck of client collaboration.

We are looking for a Growth and Marketing manager to lead our efforts to generate more leads and build a differentiated brand in the B2B space.

We like to set a very high bar for ourselves and to empower team members to take initiatives to do their best work.

We are based in Central London (Soho). We are big believers in in-person collaboration and like to work from our office.

The team has experience in leading tech companies (Google, Uber, Snyk,…) and has raised capital from the leading US and UK investors.

Who you are

  • You are passionate about what you do and take pride in delivering top-level work.

  • You have 2-3+ years experience working in marketing and growth in a startup.
  • You have 2-3+ working in B2B SaaS.
  • You have a demonstrated track record of designing, rolling out, managing and optimizing marketing campaigns.
  • You like to use data to make decisions.
  • You have experience working with Hubspot.
  • You have experience building marketing assets (landing pages, videos,…) and are excited about it!
  • You have knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • You have experience with email marketing.

Bonus points if:

  • You have experience managing a LinkedIn presence.
  • You have experience.
  • You have used Lemlist in the past.
  • You have a TikTok or Instagram account.
  • You have an entrepreneurial side hustle or have played a sport competitively.

About the role:

  • Lead the rollout of lead generation and marketing campaigns end-to-end from initial ideation, design, and implementation to optimization and analysis.
  • Be responsible for the continual improvement of the marketing website. Updating and creating content in Squarespace, running split tests to optimise conversion, making technical and SEO performance improvements.
  • Leverage product data to gather insights about our existing users and refine our ICP over time. Identify and experiment with new segments.
  • Build out new growth experiments (leveraging scripts, scrapers, and APIs) based on behaviours or patterns you've identified
  • Work with the product/tech team to identify product-led growth opportunities
  • Report on the performance of your initiatives.
