    We are a fast-growing start-up that’s backed by industry leaders and led by an experienced team on a mission to reinvent and revive the UK high street sector. 

    We founded the industry movement and we built JO ( - the 1st AI assistant for high street entrepreneurs. 


    The Role

    You would lead on the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns to register small businesses onto our digital assistant called JO. 

    Your target audience for JO includes all types of U.K. based businesses with physical high street or shopping centre premises (retailers, restaurants, salons etc), as well as startups, at home businesses, market traders and digital-first brands who would like to launch their offering from a space on the high street. 

    Key deliverables include: 

    Take ownership of the marketing messaging, and drive the production of all forms of marketing content delivered across all channels. 

    Utilise a wide range of different channels including email campaigns, online events, social media, influencer collaborations, street teams, telesales resources, paid digital media, content marketing, viral campaigns etc.

    Leverage our significant existing marketing assets eg our popular newsletter, industry-wide partnerships, network of local influencers, established trusted media brand etc, while also testing new routes to market. 

    Support our business development campaigns to councils, landlords, community champions and other partners across the U.K. 

    Track, report and optimise on campaign performance KPIs. Continuously improve our marketing effectiveness. 

    Manage a small in house user growth team with specialised contractors from our trusted supplier community. 

    Work closely with our leadership team and others in the business to get whatever you need to deliver accelerating user growth.

    About You

    Experience marketing to small businesses customers. 

    Experience promoting software products. 

    Exceptional messaging and written English copywriting skills. 

    Confident verbal communicator and management of people/partners. 

    Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.  

    Organised and details oriented enough to manage rapidly evolving campaigns targeting a wide range of businesses using various different channels.
